GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC) of SHI Korean Beauty
1. Company Presentation
SHI KOREAN BEAUTY is a Belgian company specialising in the distribution of cosmetic skincare products of South Korean origin. We are committed to providing our customers with authentic, high-quality products, directly imported from South Korea. We collaborate with reputable brands and ensure that our products meet the safety and quality standards required by the European Union.
Our goal is to make Korean skincare accessible to a wide audience by ensuring a careful selection of products and providing a smooth and secure shopping experience.
2. Scope of application
The present general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all transactions made on the SHI KOREAN BEAUTY website. They apply to all individual customers wishing to purchase our Korean cosmetic products. Any order placed implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products and Availability
Our products are selected with care to ensure their authenticity and quality. Each product sheet is written meticulously to provide an accurate description of the characteristics, ingredients, and usage advice. However, slight variations may exist between the images and the products received.
The availability of items is regularly updated on our site. In the event of a product being unavailable after the confirmation of an order, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and offer either an equivalent product or a refund.
4. Price and Payment
All prices displayed on our site are in euros and include applicable taxes (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of their confirmation.
The payment is made exclusively via Stripe, ensuring a secure transaction. We accept several payment methods, including credit cards and other solutions supported by Stripe. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is processed and dispatched.
5. Delivery
We dispatch our orders from Belgium within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the destination.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure fast and secure delivery. However, exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, customs issues) may lead to delays. SHI KOREAN BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for any additional delays caused by these events beyond our control.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with the current regulations, customers have a period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, intact, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products.
Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be offered within 7 working days.
7. Responsibility and Warranty
We guarantee the compliance of our products with European legislation and we are committed to providing safe products for our customers.
However, SHI KOREAN BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects related to an unreported allergy or improper use of the products. We recommend that customers carefully read the list of ingredients before use.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The new general terms will apply as soon as they are published on our website.
By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the present General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
