Delivery times

We carefully prepare your order from Belgium within 24 to 48 business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed during our business hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Any order placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times then vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Change of mind? No problem!

You have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to return any unused, unopened item in its original packaging.

How to make a return?

  1. Send an email to info@shikoreanbeauty.com with your order number.
  2. We will inform you of the procedure to follow and the return address.
  3. Once the parcel is received and checked, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 working days.
Return fees

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Parcel damaged during delivery

SHI Korean Beauty is not responsible for damages incurred during transport.

If your parcel is damaged upon receipt, we invite you to contact the delivery company directly.

We recommend that you take photos of the package and the damaged products to facilitate any claims with the carrier.
