After cleansing and toning the skin, apply the sheet mask to the face, carefully adjusting it to the contours. Leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove the mask. Gently massage the excess essence until fully absorbed. Use 2 to 3 times a week or when the skin appears irritated or weakened.
