The SEOUL 1988 Eye Cream by K-SECRET is an advanced eye contour treatment, designed to correct visible signs of ageing. Its formula combines 4% Retinal Liposome and fermented bean extract to effectively target wrinkles, dark circles, puffiness, hyperpigmentation, and loss of elasticity.
Thanks to liposomal technology, retinal is absorbed quickly and deeply, up to 11 times faster than retinol, promoting cell renewal and collagen production. Bakuchiol improves elasticity, while niacinamide evens skin tone and strengthens the skin barrier.
