After cleansing your face, gently use the textured side of the pad to exfoliate softly, following the texture of the skin, while avoiding the eye and lip areas. Then, flip the pad over and use the smooth side to soothe and prepare the skin for the next treatments. For a targeted calming effect, you can also use the pad as a mask by leaving it on for a few minutes on the irritated areas.
